These sessions are less about posed portraits and more about storytelling. From my own experience as a mother, I know how it feels to wish that time would stand still. I also would love to look from the outside into my family at times, just to remember the everyday moments we live.

I'll join you and your family for a few hours (or even a full day!) to capture candid, heartfelt images of your life as it unfolds naturally.

Think of it as a time capsule, freezing those fleeting moments you’ll cherish forever.

UNSCRIPTED

This means that your session is 100% documentary, with no suggestions from me for locations, posing, styling, lighting etc…. my job is to document what I see and tell the story of your family, selecting the best angles and images to showcase the emotions and atmosphere.

What to Expect

  1. Pre-Session Consultation
    We’ll chat about your typical day and the moments you’d love to capture—whether it’s Sunday pancakes, playtime in the garden, or bedtime stories. From here we can select the best chunk of the day (or the best whole day) for this.

  2. The Day of the Session
    I’ll spend time with you, blending into your routine like an invisible observer. I’ll be capturing the moments that you spend with your family (children, pets, etc) and choosing the best angles to showcase this.

  3. The Final Touches
    After the session, I’ll carefully curate and edit your images to create a gallery that tells the story of your day. Speak to me about videography if this is something that you’d like to include.

Session Details

  • Duration: Choose from half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8 hours).

  • Location: At home or wherever your life happens—indoors, outdoors, or both!

  • Deliverables: A beautifully edited online gallery and the option to purchase prints or albums.
